Delivery time & handling

Your order is usually picked and shipped within 5-7 business days. We guarantee to ship your order within 10 business days unless we have provided any other information.

Search Parcels by Tracking ID

You can follow your package through the item's so-called Tracking ID. When ordering, you will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an e-mail containing your parcels Tracking ID.

Damaged shipment

In case of damaged shipment, we ask you to directly make a claim at the place of delivery or to the carrier who delivered your order.

OUTSIDE EEC – ADDITIONAL CUSTOM CHARGES:
Our shipping charges do not include any custom charges, including VAT that your government may collect on imports. If your package is subject to these charges, it will be your responsibility to complete the payment to receive your package!
